On the 14th, 15th and 16th of September 2008 Hospital staged an Art Sale in the new unit to raise funds for the development of a Sensory Garden.   The Art Sale was opened by local celebrity Mr Diarmid Gavin who very generously gave his time and support to the Art Sale.   The Art Sale was curated by Jane Ross with assistance from Ann Cooney and featured work in ceramics and glass as well as paintings.   The art was displayed in the new unit which had just been completed and was a great backdrop for the occasion.   The event was a huge success and we sold over 100 pieces of art.   

Our opening night was very well attended and we were busy all weekend.   The Art Sale was made possible by a tremendous voluntary effort by everyone involved.
